Training

Our training program is designed to improve the effectiveness and effiency of your project management services.

We use the 10 PMBoK areas as a basis for the topic and design the program after we have completed the pro-workshop assessment.

It is important to note that we do not deliver technical project management training e.g. in Agile Kanban, Prince/2.

The extent of training required depends on your level of maturity, gaps and any current issues. For example a significant project is about to start in a week.
